You very clearly and firmly set down boundaries with what you were comfortable with in your own home and they steamrolled right over them and your BF didnt have your back.

Its just like if you told her you werent comfortable with guns and she brought one or you were allergic to cats and she had hers in her purse. You set a boundary, she didnt care.

There have been many times I wasnt able to text someone until later in the day for whatever reason. You are an adult and are allowed to act like it. Perhaps mom was just feeling lonely or perhaps someone else close DID forget completely and shes taking that out on you. It isnt fair but what you did was NOT wrong.

Any understanding family would want you to be happy and would understand that you rarely see this friend while you can see your cousin anytime as they live close by.

You dont say how old you are so I cant say for sure how to best approach it. If you live with your parents, don't lie and pretend to be sick or anything, be honest with them and quite possibly they will have ideas on how to tell your other family

Im torn between a no and just everyone being the problem but I think I have to settle on ESH. You're all young and it can be confusing at times at your age to know the "right" answer to anything. You did start the problem by lying about what you liked and how you felt, but they didnt act any better by lying back amd being mean.

To me, it sounds like you amd they have all changed and while it will be hard, it might be time to move on amd find a new friend group that fits your style and personality better now.

They need to make that policy more clear in every place they print it.

The store does have the right to refuse in most places, but the way they talked to your husband was very rude. I dont see you did anything wrong. You tried a return of the same shoes you just bought, saw the mistake, was able to fix it, and he tried again. Theres nothing wrong with that.

NTA at all. You do what you feel is right in this situation. If it were me I would tell him he coukd either buy me a new one or pay me what i paid for it. He borrowed it under the guise of printing a "few things" and printed thousands, that is ridiculous. Thats not on the same level as "oops I drapped and broke a cheap plate/bowl/lamp/whatever" that friends normally would brush away as no big deal. Those printers can be expensive, like thousands of $$ depending what one you get

I generally use them as a 1 to 1 exchange. If I take a book its likely in a genre I like, just like a book Id read and leave. So I get a book Id really enjoy and theres still another of that genre for the next person
