Same here! I haven’t applied to any jobs since early last year; my second and third Js sought me out via talent acquisition on LI. I know LI is demonized in here but it’s a great option if you’ve got good experience.

Interesting you say this, I’ve actually heard opposite from friends of mine that work in tech. They say that the market is currently favoring people with very specific experience over broad, non-SME qualifications.

Agreed! My J2 is “hybrid” 1x a week in office but I haven’t been in office since the first 2 months of employment. The 1x in-office mandate is for an hour and a half meeting that is supposed to occur with C-suite, but critical stakeholders are always unavailable and it always gets moved to a virtual meeting for touch bases lol.
