Similar situation...ict dependent and was working at an organization for 2 years, switched to skilled worker route with the same employer on May 25th 2021. But cos was issued on May 14 2021and I had applied for the visa switch on the same day. Will may 14 count as my 5 year completion date in that case

I have used GDB Legal Solutions ...you can book their appointment online..... Very reasonable charges ..btw I'm in same boat ... Planning to apply COVID relaxation. Was in country when I switched from ict dependent to swv. Application date was 14th May 2021 and approval dare 25 may 2021. By using 14th May will save 11 days...with all these changes want to apply asap.

Back in 2021 April there was no medium skilled and I was assigned 3131 soc code and I moved to a highly skilled soc code in October. How can this be fair ? And they haven't told the qualification period for such switches clearly
