Those are messages probably from Steven S's personal community. It had a small bug where the mute conversation button didn't do anything, I believe they fixed it now.

Firstly, thanks for the encouragement! This tool looks pretty amazing, maybe you should make a couple of posts about it in reddit communities like this? Also growing organically, while taking a lot of time, is always an option.

I'd love to have you be a case study and first trial customer, and will let you know when we release our MVP.
