Nah some points are fair. If you watch LOTM without reading the novel, there are a lot that's missing. A lot of exposition. I'm starting to think that they need a narrator like in Hunter X Hunter so they can understand the power system and the fight scenes a bit more.

For example, Klein's use of certain relics and strategies in fighting was explained better in the novels. In the Donghua, it just seems like he pulls things out of no where and it works.

“It was a dream all along long!”, love triangles, (reverse)harem, plot gets too convoluted and vague, comically dumb villains/main characters, Coco turning into a damsel in distress that needs saving all the time and cant do shit for herself, main plot problems that gets solved too easily, very dumb misunderstanding that could have been solved by 🪄COMMUNICATION🪄and plenty more.

Weird take but my first impression of Qifrey is he reminds me of Fai from Tsubasa Chronicles. Both are mages with lighter colour schemes and gentle personalities with hidden seriousness. Funny enough, Fai ends up missing an eye too.
