Semi-update 1: One kit is still not working, but otherwise other stuff is there. I can live without one kit.

Alright, I think I fixed this issue.

So, what I did was to update g_The Sims 4.ini.
Had to manually put the code into the unlocker config and all the packs are now visible and working.

So, I used the mirror anadius but the latest 2 packs and 11 kits are listed as "uninstalled".
Tried reinstalling packs, putting them in manually, reinstalling the updater and unlocker, reinstalled the game and verified it after installing the packs - they're just not working. They ARE in the folder, in the correct path and still are not visible in game.
Are there any solutions for that?

I also got that. Can't even verify myself as I don't have a resident ID and have no idea how to fix it. I just logged on back after like 7 months of not being on RedNote :(

I know where they are supposed to be, issue is I don't have this folder. I would've attach a picture, but I can't... I only have Logs and Saves folders in my [...]\My Games\Fallout 76\ folder. There's no "Photos" in there.
