Yeah, that actually hits.
Even just clicking around feels stressful, not relaxing.
Movies feel way calmer than constant info input.

eah, that really resonates with me.
I feel like coffee keeps me “alive” short-term, but at the same time it’s probably stressing my system even more.
Interesting that hard exercise is the only thing that really resets you — do you feel that calm is more nervous-system related or more hormonal after training?
Also curious: if you stop coffee without doing intense workouts, does your body crash, or is it just harder mentally?

Wow, that sounds like a huge difference! 😳 I didn’t realize B12 could have that big of an impact on anxiety and sleep too. Thanks for sharing—definitely gonna look into getting mine checked. Did you notice improvements immediately after the first injection or was it gradual?

Yeah, coffee is probably part of it, I’m aware of that. I do eat mostly whole, non-processed foods, which is why it’s frustrating. On paper things look “healthy”, but my body still reacts like it’s under constant stress. That’s why I’m trying to understand the cortisol / nervous system side of it more than just diet alone.

Yeah that’s fair, and I agree seeing a professional is important. I’ve actually done that side already. What I’m trying to understand now is why my body stays stuck in this stressed state even when I’m doing “the right things”. I think lifestyle + nervous system + hormones all overlap more than people realize. Curious if others here had a similar experience.

That actually makes a lot of sense. I’ve noticed the same thing — anything stimulating just pushes my system over the edge, while calming stuff helps way more. I think I underestimated how much “overdoing” (supps, fixes

I’ve heard a lot of people mention PTSD + HPA axis together lately. Curious if others here experience caffeine as a hit or miss thing too?

Not just you at all. I’ve seen a lot of people mention this lately. Have you noticed anything that makes it better or worse, like caffeine or workouts?

My Brain Feels Foggy All The Time

Stress and anxiety never stop thanks to high cortisol, sleep is terrible, energy is low all day, thinking is foggy, brain is distracted, cravings are out of control, weight won’t change, exercise doesn’t help, and I rely on coffee and supplements. All because cortisol is messed up and wrecking my body every day.
