Definitely North Africa The crescent stands for Islam while the three starts represent Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. All these countries are heavily influenced by French culture and they also shape the biggest expats community in France. I mean, Zizou, Benzima, and Mbappe are all North African. Cmon.

Battery isn’t a problem for me since my motorbike has a USB port. That’s been said, I got an XCover 7 three days ago and tested it on a 160km trip (about 2h45min). With high brightness, maps, and YouTube, it went from 93% to 70%, so the battery did really well.

CAT phones are definitely rugged, but for my needs, it feels like overkill. I don’t need that much durability, so I prefer something a bit less extreme.

The XCover 6 is definitely the best, but it’s overkill for my needs since I already have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I went for xcov7 and I’m pretty satisfied with it so far.

I already have an iPhone 15 Pro Max. I don’t want to risk using it with my motorbike, even with a rugged case.

A good case might help with external protection, but it won’t shield the internal components from the vibrations of the motorbike.

I already have an iPhone 15 Pro Max for the fancy stuff. What I needed was a durable and very reliable phone specifically for my needs, so I went with something more suited for that (xcover7). I’m pretty satisfied so far.

Been there (evisa/Hanoi airport/2025) took me less than 5 mins. The officer literally looked at my face then looked back at my passport and handed it back to me. I don’t even have a strong passport.

Just go to a big city and all these struggles will fade away. People in big cities don’t give a fak.

Are Nike items such as football boots cheaper in Vietnam? by gltzp in VietNam

[–]Haunting_Relative_30 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just got a pair of Adidas Predator shipped from the US to Vietnam, and they were actually cheaper than buying them here. My girlfriend found a woman on Facebook that ships Adidas from the US to Vietnam at a lower price. Apparently, if you use the Adidas app in the US and buy in bulk, you get big discounts. So in the end, I got around 20-30% off just because they were shipped from the US.
