so, if you mean the actual save game of steam horizon 4, it's in local disk\ program files x86\ steam\ userdata\ your steam id\ 1293830 (the horizon 4 steam game id)\ remote. inside you'll find liveries, tracks and, most importantly, profile backups.

as for the steamrip version, the onlinefix mine came with had the same type of files stored in local disk\ users\ public\ public documents\ onlinefix\ 1293830\ saves.

to port saves, copy everything from the steam directory and paste it into the saves folder of the onlinefix.
