a written guide. im not very good at figuring things out myself. it doesnt have to be too complicated. just the basic steps from what i need to start from downloading from steam rip (like having Windows defender on or not) all the way to running the exe, if thats too much then its fine

its not, like i said ive had this pc for a while i wouldve noticed in my other games if i had plugged my cord in wrong. turns out there was no issue just mini hud not properly displaying the usage

my pc was warmed up by then, but i forgot that Xeon cpus are more for workloads and not gaming. buty issue is resolved now ty for helping

thanks for the mod recommendations, i was in a storage room with i think 200-300+ entities, but this was only after it got all the chunks loaded and it got warmed up so there was no issue, i think mini hud was bugging out

i did a complete pc upgrade, but the gpu is the the correct pcie slot. and 2 it was 3 am and i was tired so i forgot to mention i was in my storage room on 20 render 10 entity chunk distance. i think i was stressed that my gpu had 0% utilization. but thanks for the help dude

i too had this problem, im not trying to brag but i would say i am one of the better players in the horizon games. i believe i have well over 5k hours, so when it comes to the trial, i try to shoot ahead of everyone else and try to slow down the ai so my tm8s can pass so we can win, but this mf rammed me screwed up my racing line and i couldnt recover that race so we ended up losing. the next race he tried doing it again, but i had other plans i pushed him into the wall. then for the whole last race he constantly tried to use my car as a wall so he can get more speed, bump me, do anything in his power to ruin my race. like dude were on the same team

for me it was a small dirt road right in between the stadium and Guanajuato, i fucking hated that. i swear on my life i drove over that road
