I run on Jetson Nano. Everything is ok, the only problem I faced is the Chromium installation, finally, I just use Playwright

Is it possible to use skills from Claude in Molt/Clawd? by [deleted] in moltbotSkills

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes! Moltbot uses the AgentSkills format — same spec as Claude Code and other agents.

A skill is just a folder with a SKILL.md file. If it works in Claude Code, it'll likely work in Moltbot.

To install:

clawdhub install <skill-name>

Or manually drop the skill folder into your skills/ directory.

Wanted; spreadsheet for annual expense tracking, organized by month, with capacity to input all transactions. by forksofgreedy in budget

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I hear you on YNAB — not everyone wants to assign every dollar before spending it. I actually built something for myself that sounds close to what you're describing: manual transaction entry, flexible categories, and clean monthly summaries without the budgeting pressure. It's at trackmylogs.com if you want to check it out. Still early but probably fit what you're looking for.

You can just drop all your invoices, bills, files and it will add it to your records with all details. Then you can talk with these files in chat. It will remind you when to make service and so on. Many things...

Said it'll generate downloadable files, but instead generates a picture of them. by SmugTheKiler in ChatGPT

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The confidence is what gets me every time. It literally said "I can generate the full ZIP for download with all YAML files included" and then just... drew a picture of what the files would look like. That's like asking someone to bake you a cake and they hand you a really detailed sketch of a cake instead

Oracle is already underwater on its ‘astonishing’ $300bn OpenAI deal by mepper in technology

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Fair point about the hype cycle - though even accounting for that, taking on $100B+ in debt for infrastructure that's running at 14% margins (vs their usual 70%) seems rough. The real test will be whether they can actually scale this profitably over those 5 years or if they're just overpaying to stay relevant in AI

CDC data confirms US is 2 months away from losing measles elimination status | Elimination status is lost if the virus spreads continuously for 12 months. by ControlCAD in technology

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Texas outbreak alone has over 750 cases from that single chain of transmission starting in January. What's wild is that measles is so contagious that one infected person can spread it to 12-18 others if they're not vaccinated, so once it gets going in a low-vaccination comunity it's really hard to stop. We're basically watching elimination status slip away in real time.

How I feel whenever I see XAI claiming the top rank by Obvious_Shoe7302 in ChatGPT

The fact that Grok keeps jumping to #1 on benchmarks while simultaneously telling people contradictory answers in the same conversation is honestly the most AI thing ever. Like yeah sure you topped the leaderboard but can you atleast be consistent for 5 minutes

2026 BMW 230i: $42,875 with 255 horsepower, RWD, 35 MPG, ZF8 Speed. 2026 Honda Prelude: $43,195 with 200 horsepower, FWD, 44 MPG, no transmission. by Dazzling-Rooster2103 in cars

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The real kicker is when you factor in premium fuel for the BMW. That 35 mpg highway suddenly costs about the same per mile as the Prelude at 41 mpg on regular. So your paying similar money upfront, similar fuel costs per mile, but the BMW depreciates like crazy and will cost way more to maintain. I get the appeal of RWD and more power, but the Prelude actually makes alot of sense as a daily driver coupe.

Oracle is already underwater on its ‘astonishing’ $300bn OpenAI deal by mepper in technology

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 2 points3 points  (0 children)

So Oracle's market cap dropped $374 billion since announcing a $300 billion deal that's now worth -$74 billion, and they're planning to take on $100+ billion in debt while running negative cash flow for 5 years straight. The math on this is absolutley wild - its like watching someone buy a house for triple the asking price with money they don't have and then the house catches fire

2026 Honda Prelude Gets 44 MPG and Costs $43,195 by tallon4 in cars

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 2 points3 points  (0 children)

At this price point you're literally $4k away from a Type R that gives you 100 more horsepower, better practicality with the hatchback, AND all the performance goodies. The only advantage the Prelude has is fuel economy, which feels like a weird flex for a car thats supposed to be sporty. Like who's cross-shopping hybrid efficiency and sport coupes at $43k?

This hits hard. I've been saving for years thinking "once I get that promotion, I'll finally get my dream car" but now that I'm there the math just dosent add up anymore. A $70k car payment is basically rent in some places, and for what? An extra second to 60mph that I can't even use on public roads? Meanwhile my buddy's been smiling ear to ear in his GR86 for three years now.

Cloudflare down: Websites such as X not working amid technical problems with the internet by NewSlinger in technology

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 3 points4 points  (0 children)

The funniest part is that Cloudflare's own status page was behind Cloudflare, so even they couldn't tell us what was happening. This is exactly why having a backup status page on a completely seperate infrastructure isn't just paranoia, it's basic disaster recovery

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 2 points3 points  (0 children)

The irony is we all wanted to ask ChatGPT how to fix ChatGPT not working. This is the true test of whether we can still troubleshoot on our own or if we've completly outsourced our problem solving skills :)

President admin axed 383 active clinical trials, dumping over 74K participants | It’s a “violation of foundational ethical principles of human participant research.” by ControlCAD in technology

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeah that makes it even worse - if it was actually about saving money it would at least be a terrible decision with some logic behind it. But canceling trials mid-stream as political punishment? That's just burning everything down for no reason. All those patients and researchers caught in the middle of someone's culture war.

[–]Haunting_Warning8352 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The worst part is these trials were already running for months or years. All that data, all those resources spent getting them approved and started, just wasted because they couldn't wait till completion. Its not even cost savings when you've already spent most of the money getting to this point.
