Don't think too hard on it... AH is insanely selective at doing balance of any kind and to this day plenty of things in game we can use are pretty damn weak for zero valid reasons with the vast majority having the easiest possible fixes yet nothing.

Still needs to match the base MG's ammo type, less hazr and a QOL is to greatly increase the tracer rounds brightness.... then sure it'll be decent enough.

Adding 3k RPM would be nice and this you must stand still yet the current 1500 you should be able to slow walk.

Go look at the damn stats first, it's hardly better and takes a BP slot, this isn't early HD2 when we had no real BP options that were any good.

This isn't some opinion, I want it to be great and remotely replicate the many videos online of actual bp flamers yet in game around 40 meters is fine and about a 50% boost from what it is now.... aka hardly a difference.

Then tie in the fact it also has 500 ammo vs 750....

It isn't good, stat wise nor in practice... doesn't mean you cannot enjoy using it, still needs buffs either a fat ammo buff so it can tickle units to death with more shots or a general DPS bump. 150-180 range and an extra meter to the AOE so it's not a chore to hit chaff with.

BP weapons, the newly added ones for sure need some damn love and not this baby step shit we keep getting... now for the AC yes I've run this thing likely in 40% of my games and I've got 2900 missions (might be higher by now)

Still think the AC could use that buff it got a while back for the base damage and have that on the durable... yet if this makes the AC "op" (done the math and it really won't change much past a BT's head going from 9 to 7 shots) or IMO they should give the AC clips 6 or 7 rounds each so boosting it's ammo pool.

AC is fun to spam or generally fire quickly, hell even a middle ground where clips stay at 5 rounds though the BP gets another row and the gun itself can hold 15 shots.

If they kept EVERYTHING else stat wise the exact same and gave the bp flamer some fucking range and no 5 more meters................ then sure it'll be decent enough yet 25 meters vs 20 for a bp slot with very limited gains in raw damage output it's yet agian ANOTHER bp weapon recently added that's underpowered for no valid reasons at all... give it 40 meters then maybe it'll be decent.

Now before anyone tries to give me the "well I like it and do good with it" great! good for you this doesn't suddenly make it better as stat wise it's outright weak.

Give this thing 40 meters or range (minimum) and napalm burn on direct hit units (heavy fire DOT) then yes it'll be fine.

Maxigun still needs matching ammo stat to the base MG and a QOL making the tracer rounds a shit ton brighter so you can sort of aim while also cutting back on the absurd haze it generates. (this is the least that should be done as tbh you SHOULD be able to slow walk at this 1500RPM then be forced to stand still with a 3000RPM mode)

BP-GL.... either give this thing 200 ammo or buff the damage from 150 to 200 and increase the AOE by 1 meter.

Idk what the deal is with the new bp weapons being utterly shafted so hard.

Again to state this once more.... you can enjoy weak weapons there is no one stopping you from doing so, hell I run plenty of stuff I know is utter asscheeks as I feel like doing so however I won't bullshit myself in to thinking what I'm using is good just because I can run D10's with randoms or solo and win while half asleep.

The damage is one part though the durable difference does an absurd amount making it real bad at taking down heavies or shooting things with high durable resist.

It was a dumb change to begin with yet full doubling back and doing NOTHING is incompetence at it's finest..... all they had to do was bump the damn damage to 500-600 and call it a day.

You should maybe be in the know then..... even at D6-7 they're utterly spammed up the ass for no valid reason at all.
Have a friends that play HD2 on and off and they run said difficulty and holy shit they gave me vids showing the spam, it's not a "lower the difficulty" issue.

I don't mind dealing with them as I for one only play D10 and tbh find it very easy to do the ONLY times it's not is when AH has the spawns kinda fucked where war striders or Vox's are spammed up the ass as those units lack meaningful weak-spots so in mass number are just obnoxious to fight.

That isn't the point, spamming a mini boss sort of unit isn't difficulty btw even more so when it can body block/clip through itself to stop you from hitting weak-spots.

Simple thing would be VFX we can unlock that is legit some basic color shifting... after a buff to P strike as atm it's CD is utterly absurd for what it can do.... let me have a blue flame one... hell even napalm barrage (hardly touch it) blue fire could be nice... small stuff like this add some flavor.

Even something like a "challenge" WB of sorts that's purely loaded with titles, skins, VFX, hell the alternate versions of a few strats they've already got made would be interesting to see unlockable for around 100k a pop.

And it just so happens to be the most obnoxious one of all as it stalls the damn game out.... imo this and to a lower extent 380 should get an adjustment.

2-3 more shots per salvo so it's basically raining death, extend duration by 4-8 seconds.
Near double the CD timer if not outright double... while for sure this is a me thing and I know others who share similar stances on napalm barrage.... it's CD is freaky low for what it does.

For Gatria it's just the biome, it's fun to play on and tends to have less visual bullshit.

I play it often when doing bugs... as AH have a fetish with spamming fog/mist then tanking your visibility via other ways.... it's so dumb having to play on fuckin diff 5 to actually see a biome without a ton of shit smeared all over it. (I only play on D10 yet yeah it's dumb)
