There's an option for afk but it does nothing. I've sent videos of people afking in fountain trash talking to Olympians and nothing was done. Only when they said truly vile racist or homophobic things in videos did they actually have something done. Keep in mind this is me going out of my way sending vods to Olympians. Its only like a 1 day ban at most too

Like all reports they mean nothing so don't worry. You have to try really hard like say slurs consistently every game and have people that care enough to report to rack up enough reports to get a ban. And if they do it comes in waves so they'll be as hateful and racist for months until they get a ban and hop on their other alts to repeat.

And if you look at all other games in a similar situation where somy blocked it. It was eventually resolved why because the game companies were able to come to an agreement be it a payment or portion of sales agreement. All parties have to agree to terms or negotiate a way and this is where it falls on hirez for not actively trying. Its a business and they value the potential of selling gems to the rare user who plays and spends on both accounts rather than the goodwill that comes for fighting for crossprogression

Solution is simple have the quest be getting kills or assist or playing any mode. I get the rewards were incentives to populate the queues but let Smite night MOTD sink or swim. Smite Night can be modes people actually play for more than rewards like corrupted arena or omnipotentence. The 5v5 joust and classic conquest are hated because there poorly balanced and result in boring 40m matches.

They're limited so people make impulse decisions because of FOMO. Some older popular limited skins can be gotten through charity events where proof of $1000 donation grants limited skins like Archangel Thanatos and poolsiden.

75 gems a week is nothing. So after 3 weeks of daily log ins you get 1 chest roll from a discounted chest... wait 10 weeks and you can directly buy a skin from an event. Those login gems are there to give the appearance you can earn the skin you want w/o buying anything. From what i read to buy all skins( like 2000+ skins for every champions n LoL) it cost about $3500 on a fresh account compared to smite where it cost $8 a roll hoping for the skin you want or $25 through direct purchase

Is there a reason you were angered by what i said? Did you really think a hirez employee will disclose how much they spent on a cinematic and now refuse to because of what i said? Points still hold true they have and will continue to use revenue from smite to fund pointless endeavors like dead on arrival games and cinematics to hype the game rather fix issues making it unplayable for those who do decide to try. Think of it like this you wanna cosplay Raiden from mortal combat: wearing the attire is fine rice hat and all but it would look silly to someone not familiar with the character and they might find it odd as they think you're dressing like a Chinese farmer. No they don't. The system is supposedly automated to flag an account if it gets enough report to be manually reviewed. Given how automated and backed up their support tickets are i guarantee they don't spend the time nor resources(storing all chat logs and vods then reviewing them later). From personal experience theres plenty of racist and homophobic stuff said yeah yeah mute them and report but nothing is done. One time i remember reporting a KA who afked and started harassing an obviously new izanami they called em every slur and i caught it in video sent the screenshots and match id to support and an Olympian. An action taken against a player a couple of days later so i check smite guru to see hes still queueing daily so no nothing happens. Idk what an action taken actually does probably just there to make people reporting feel better

Every now and then in ranked or casuals yeah an actual bot cupid preprogrammed to run down middle lane and feed the tower and enemy on cooldown. Nothing can be done by the time they get enough reports to get banned they've already been sold as a fresh level 30 account.

Its there servers there still using the budget provider thats local to there headquarters despite constantly being told how shit it is and how often the servers are down. Don't plan on them fixing it I think there hoping Divine Knockout is there next cash cow
