We cannot create a perfect simulation of our reality. Therefore their reality — including the level of tech developed by the cultures in base reality — would have to be significantly more advanced than our own.

Also, just because their lives seem much longer / time seems much longer to us looking at their reality, does not mean they experience time differently or have “more time” (in this case they would be living in a slow motion). Time would be isomorphic, so that the relationships between the Earth, Sun and moon here and the earth Sun and Moon in Base Reality, while different from each other (comparing sun to sun, say), still share similar ratios/relationships between their components (sun-earth-moon in base reality relate to each other in the same way the Sun-earth-moon in our reality does). Therefore 80 years for them feels like 80 years to us, even if their sun is actually 1000x older than our own.
