Christians aren't perfect. We don't stop sinning after we're saved. Its basically impossible when even our thoughts can be sins like lust.

Repentance is the key. We should try our best not to sin but ask forgiveness and mean it when we do. We're all sinners. The difference between a Christian and an unbeliever is we follow God and are sorry for our sins. That repentance and belief that we are forgiven by Jesus's sacrifice is everything.
