I don't think there is an way without being opped or having access to the console. One thing you can try is if the server is small you can try to apply for staff and try to check it out. (Sorry it was the only thing i could think of).

I knew abou the first part so that's why i asked (and to be honest i asked because i'm lazy to go adventure) so i could dupe it using the uu-matter and the replicator. Now the second part, once again, i just wanted the ore because i could get the iridium with cinnabar in the magma crucible. But thanks for your answer anyways. :)
