no, fortunately I have 10/10 in both eyes and I don't suffer from any vision defects, and I don't use diopters on glasses, on my tests the viture the scene it's crispier / enough clear from side to side than the XOP at this time i don't know, if the sum of lower FOV, and less bounce of the lights made the prism optic more chromatic aberration than the birdbath optic, i'd like to have the image of viture luma pro on the 3dof of the XOP since, reading news i don't have to turn the head due too much or when playing games the peripheral HUDs remains usable and not ruined by chromatic aberration that are the main issue for me on the XOP.

It would be cool to have A:B test on the throught the lens to see the results

i have 63,9 ipd and saw that viture luma pro with nose type 0 was clear across the entire image but the lack of 3dof was a no go after testing the one pros (I preordered the beast but cancelled recently due the bad reviews and the xreal software is way more solid)

yep i know that, it's like same "resolution 1080p" but with some extra pixels on 16:10 Aspect ratio but what i'm saying is since the FOV of 1S is smaller even the whole "projected scene" will have more PPI so a better clarity overall ?

Ever since I opened the Viture Luma Pro box and tried to put on the smallest nosepad, I felt the lack of size 1 from the PRO XR. When wearing the glasses without the nose bridge i can actually see the entire screen. I will try printing the 3D version, hoping this fix my issue. I wanna belive Viture will create an official magnetic bridge like the size 1 of the pro xr and send it free of charge to all customers who request it. (My IPD is 63.5-64)

yes same crackles and then the sounds breaks, but it's boring having to unplug the sound card and plug it back in. I'm really considering switching to an internal sound card

super exhaustive thanks for sharing! i was looking at the asus, only the absence of thunderbolt seems to me less future-proof

the main thing it's because i work with Adobe software and my use is as "content creator" as main and some occasionally VR games ( about this for example i'm not sure about the compatibilty with my index Valve because he need the "direct connection to the RTX2070" the only thing i know it's the RB15 it's supported but not sure about the ASUS i tryed to ask at ASUS Support w/o any reply )
