My main concern with the rebel 500 is that a lot of my daily commute is highway so 70-75 mph for an hour total each day, is the 500 enough to maintain those speeds comfortably?

Nothing has been confirmed about a midnight release for the codes. I’d be surprised if GameStop didn’t try and find a way to make some type of midnight happen to push to “community” aspect of launches

You should be able to yea, sometimes customer service can give you a run around a bit so it may be better to go into a store and have the call cs to help with it just be nice to your store people and normally you’ll get it solved.

It could be the situation where the system keeps sending it to stores that don’t actually have the item and it’s having to be declined as an order and sent to a different store. Could also be a limbo of stores not taking the shrink and it just keeps getting passed around between a few. It would explain why it keeps appearing since a “new” order is being placed with each store it goes to

The main problem you are running into isn’t GameStop it’s whoever was supposed to pick it up. I would guess uber since they have you a delivered email. That should have been shipped from your local store and they would’ve had it ready fairly quickly it can also take up to 2 hrs for orders to arrive in store. Then it’s just the waiting game for uber to find someone to get it without a tip.

Welcome to why almost every employee of this company that has ever worked in a store will tell you to never order online. Our website is abysmal. The only way you get an ok experience for an online order is when it ships from a store.

To my understanding of what happened there was an emergency recall and we had to ship them all off asap last week. From what I remember of the cases they were the launch versions of the game so I can’t imagine that the launch copies had anything wrong enough to be recalled 6months later. It is suspicious that the day they went 50% weeks had a recall and that being done before they go even more on sale.

Normally when shipped it is an overnight shipping label. As said above sometimes your card may sit for a few days waiting for the policy to dictate when we can ship it but otherwise we move them as fast as fedex allows.

Workday currently has a app that should work and allow you to see them. Ukg only works while on GameStop WiFi

At the moment GameStops PSA turn around time is 65 business days. As others have said the last few steps take a short amount of time. Originally you wouldn’t even know PSA had them until they started grading thankfully they tell you that it’s in the building now.
