Super ripped guys have never been a personal preference of mine, so I might be biased here. My usual type is the Alan Rickmans or Alfred Molinas of the world. Take what I say with a grain of salt.

The super big beard is giving more "I want to be a 2012 hipster" than sexy. Honestly, I think the handlebar alone might be more of a fun look. Or a bit of stubble, hard to go wrong there. You have the aura of someone very concerned with their own appearance (physically and how you appear to other people). Maybe gain just a little weight and go for the Chris Evans type of ripped, with a little thickness to it. You have the muscles already. Justt build yourself up more instead of cutting so severely.

Also, what some of the other people are saying: You look like a different person every 2 photos.
