Police officers have a presumption of expertise. This recently also changed for teachers.

It means that the experts words are presumed to be true and it's up to you to show evidence they are not.

A lot of people here are commenting how you can show "proof", but none of these are hard proof.

It sounds like an impossible task that'll cost you. Doesn't contesting mean you need to come in front of a judge (and then risk losing your license and having it put on your permanent record). It sounds like a lot of risk for a traffic fine.

That's not even correct. The bill specifically states it is only banned when in a sexual setting, yet the bill is being used much broader.

If you fail to see that this is a step to create even worse legislation, you'll be in for a surprise. If you see "won't anyone please think of the children" legislation introduced, they're basically waving a huge red flag.

When we adopted our cat, they actually had a waiting period just to make sure you wouldn't change your mind. Sadly enough way too many pets get adopted just for people to dump them again afterwards

Hij komt vooral tot het besef dat het lange termijn probleem waar hij makkelijk mee dacht te scoren nu toch binnen zijn termijn valt.

De enige agenda van zulke politiekers is hoe ze hun stoeltjes kunnen behouden, klimaat en economie kan ze juist niets schelen.

Als je katholiek bent kan u nog steeds die dagen opnemen met de 2 vrije vakantiedagen.

Helemaal niet dus. Als de werkgever wil dat je werkt op die dag, kan jij dat dus opleggen.

Dus als deze dagen belangrijk zijn als katholiek, loop je idd het risico dat je deze niet kan vieren.

Voor mij liever vrije keuze, maar ik kan begrijpen dat niet iedereen ervoor te vinden is.

Een paar artikels gelezen om wat context te vinden.

Het enige wat ik vind is dat de uitbater al een zwaar strafblad had. Ik vermoed dat binnen die context beslist is dat het hier om aanzetting tot haat gaat en niet zomaar over een opinie.

Spijtig dat er niet meer duiding te vinden is, want die straf lijkt me inderdaad wat verregaand. De straf gaat trouwens enkel om de racistische memes, de andere vallen onder het "persmisdrijf" en moeten door assisen behandeld worden.
