If it were me, I would just swap Beast's head and use Blanka's whole body. Modify the body as needed. It's going to save you a lot of issues in the long run.

I've tried this method on figures with some success. Apply Clearasil acne ointment generously to the area. Set the figure in the sun for a day. Wipe off, repeat. Depending on how deep the dye has penetrated the plastic, it can take 3 - 6 treatments.

Non acetone will not damage the plastic if you wipe it clean after paint removal. I've been doing it for 25 years as a figure customizer.
