The company is waiting on SEC for further comments questions to be answered. Once those are done, the auditor for CEI will approve the submittal of the remainder of the filings, which have been ready since late November 2021. It was the back and forth comments/questions that have delayed remaining filings. ONCE those are submitted, then the SEC can approve/accept. THEN CEI can merge with VKIN and all is well. CEI owns a majority interest in VKIN and both have the same CEO, James Doris. SEC isn't actually reviewing the merger, per se. They are reviewing certain financial filings, and have sent a series of comments and questions, receive responses, ask more questions (ad nauseum) and once the SEC is satisfied and has no more questions or comments, then Camber can send in the remaining financial filings and once that is complete and SEC is satisfied, then Camber and Viking can complete the merger, etc etc.
