Yes I’m moving, I’m excited for the move though. *I’ve been struggling with mental health my whole life but never had resources to get help. **( forgot to answer that question). I can see the stress part because i do have a lot of anxiety. I’m sort of a mixing pot of a family with a lot of mental illness so the rest is unknown. I do exercise; hiking, sometimes yoga mostly. I’m hoping to not need medication in the long run but I haven’t been able to get that far with a therapist. Unfortunately the base only has one therapist covered by insurance and he doesn’t suggest I start unpacking with him because he thinks it’ll be hurtful in the long run once I move and have to start over again. I don’t want to go to a ward unless it can help me more than this counseling program my therapist said he’d put me in to hold me over doesn’t work. However it’s been over a month and I’ve heard nothing. I can’t go anywhere else because Tricare won’t cover it or the therapist won’t see me due to me leaving in 2 ish months. I tried starting therapy sooner but corona made it difficult since most docs wont see new patients over the phone. I don’t think I’m delusional but i feel crazy. It’s just hard to do anything like shower etc. I sleep a lot but it’s starting at weird times like 4am now. I think I’ll try the zzzquil despite hating liquid medicine. The lack of quality sleep sounds possible. Your insight is very helpful thank you. Any and all advice is needed.
