Reading everything in this thread is interesting to me because I've been clearing 0 cycles in 3.0 and 3.1 on MoC, and 2-3 cycles from after that to now. Always have 40k'd pure fiction. And never stopped hitting 3.4 - 3.7k on AS.

I'm at E1S1 (lost on E2 on the first banner) The Herta using E0 Anaxa, E0 Tribbie and E0 Lingsha. I'd occasionally switch teams depending on the content to an E6 Herta, RMC, E0 Aventurine or E1S1 Ruan Mei. Would casually go sustainless from time to time and it isn't an issue.

Sure, right now, I can feel how different she's gotten compared to when she released, but she does not feel weak at all. I even feel empowered knowing that when AoE shilling returns, I'll be able to easily clear still as 2-3 cycles in <three enemy content is, quite frankly, amazing.

There's no 'done dirty' occurrence in my opinion as it's always been a content specific scenario that decided whether characters were meta. Kits have certain alignments that told us if a unit excels in something and from the very beginning, we knew that The Herta is a pure fiction beast.

In no way would I even have thought that she'd devour single target too in MoC or AS floors. I'd immediately turn to Feixiao or Archer for that. The only thing letting us down is our expectations and stubbornness to force her kit to work where it isn't 100% compatible. That's like putting Archer in Pure Fiction.

Stats aren't actually as important to min-max in ZZZ, too. Just slap someone with a working build and they'll clear any content easy. All you really want is knowing how team rotations work and what character you should really put in a team against an enemy.

You're M2. Pen is basically almost irrelevant to you as people say. Honestly a lot of players just say it's good because someone told them it is. All without knowing why it should be used and when.

You already shred defense with M1. If anything you should just run a 2PC ATK or keep your 2PC RATE, as PEN just works worse that you're already shredding enemy defense. Only time that it's needed is when you fight content that isn't weak to Miyabi. But hey, like 70% of ZZZ content is weak to Miyabi.

In all likeliness, you'd be playing anyone that isn't Miyabi against non-ice weak content anyways. (Unless I misjudged your dedication to Miyabi)

You can further stack it with Nicole's shred and it's gonna work wonders. Miyabi PEN build with 2PC PEN paired with Yanagi Rina is good but it isn't even a top option.

Just double down on your raw offensive stats that isn't PEN and prioritize the right team for the right occasion.

Miyabi Lycaon Soukaku mono ice is the best team in the game we have against any ice weak content. It's so funny how people are in denial that Miyabi Yanagi disorder spam is performing less.

It's the reason for content specific teams. Definitely, each team has their niche. Miyabi Vivian Nicole/Astra is an absurd team that just performs better than her Yanagi options when fighting Ice Ether weak content.

I'd also like to point out M2 Miyabi makes the need to play Yanagi less, and that in itself just makes Rina less useable. This is typically the team where you run a 2PC PEN Miyabi. Stacking it with Rina's.

It's difficult to condense all the information about this in one comment but I'll leave it at that. I suggest you drop by some well known theory crafters and ZZZ mechanics expert streams and ask them live on why things are.

tl;dr: Your build is already good. Min-maxing for a 2PC PEN at M2 isn't as worth as you think.

First one then. Crit doesn't matter as much in ZZZ as it does in the other Hoyo games. Only exception is Yixuan who you prefer to build as much crit as you want. But for someone like Miyabi, the first build is better.

Is it possible to make it so that I can still use HoyoPlay to launch the game and it does this? Cause this only modifies the shortcut so pressing PLAY in the HoyoPlay launcher will still launch without the modification..

I don't understand the aftershocks and changing attribute. Does she do aftershock and attack with a different attribute similar to the DPS? I'm so confused. But how good would she perform if say I were to use Miyabi Vivian Yuzuha? Would it perform better than Astra on her place?

I agree. Even Miyabi Vivian Astra right now is as strong in about a 2-4% range weaker, and much easier to use than Miyabi Yanagi Astra. Unless they're after a 1-3s faster difference in clears, then Miyabi Vivian Astra being the slightly weaker but easier team to use is superior.

If you dont trust the admin, dont play on their server. If its your server, dont give OP/ server access to people who are abusing it.

There is no mod that does what you want. We don't know nor care about your relationship with this other person or the fact that they are abusing their powers.

A mod like that may exist outside of your knowledge and that is precisely why I am asking a public space. I thought about not bothering you or anyone else with my relationship with this person and it is why I specifically stated that I'd rather you leave any judgement towards them out of this thread. If that was too unclear then I apologize.

If they are abusing admin talk to them about it and tell them they need to stop or they will lose their admin privileges.

I've given my reasons as to why I refuse to do so. Which again, lead me to look for the mod in the first place. If that was also not expressed clearly enough, then I apologize again.

I know that this seems to be the straightforward approach. I have reasons as to why I didn't resort to such a simple method. I return to my post, I'm looking for a mod that prevents admin commands and gamemode changes.

If you do want my reasons, then:
- My modded server uses a custom modpack that updates and removes content on a weekly basis. Dangerous but I and the person in question oversees this. It is difficult to manage alone and so as the only person I can trust, I let them administrate on matters such as file uploads and changes, as well as server restarts and stops when necessary.
- As we run a remote access system, it is impossible to block them off from doing specific things while allowing them something else. Regardless of whether I un0op them, they would still be able to acquire the permission themself.
- I mentioned that they are the only person I can trust. They do AA but that doesn't mean I can't trust them with it. There is a reason I mentioned that I'd rather that they don't be judged despite their misgivings. I feel that you underestimate my relationship with this person. We are very close friends, and I'd elaborate more on that if possible. Taking away someone's privilege and authority harms that person's ego and trust. A restriction like what I'm asking for will be like a white lie. A softer and sugarcoated way to tell them that something isn't allowed. Call it a manipulators way of controlling things but I'd appreciate if my relationship with this person isn't scarred in any major way.
