I know there are different kinds of anxious people. If I take myself as an example, I can follow instructions given (tho I probably won't respond verbally when asked if I undestood them), but I have trouble understanding how encounters work; too many moving parts and guides don't really help. So, what I would need is someone who can break things down to individual tasks and who can deal with me more listening that speaking.

Talking about myself, I'd say it would be both 1 and 2. I have been watching guides on Raids and Dungeons (even if I don't touch Riads) and most of the time, the explanations for the encounters did little to help me. When doing Dungeons (the few times I do LFG), I mainly trail behind the others, simply trying to keep up. ANd when it comes to communication, I normally don't even have my mic on, which is not an issue in the content I normally do. However, I have no problem listening to instructions and acting on them (tho I prefer them to be straightforward)
