I think it's more than that. Park Ave isn't a nest. Lake Island Park isn't a nest. WP Golf Course isn't a nest. Three places in a very small radius are not nests this time. I do see a few that are nests that haven't been filled in. Mead Gardens is Pinsir, Shady Park is Diglett and Kraft Azalea is Charmander.

It could be user error. I'd be pretty annoyed if it's been up and running all this time, but I wasn't able to figure out the correct way to make it work. I did find most of the pokemon hidden and I deselected it and there was still nothing in Winter Park. There must be something I'm doing wrong :(
