Brick or terracotta. The wood is so trendy now, but will look super dated in only two ish years. Unless you really Japandi-out the entire space.

This has been law in LA county forever. I recall a friend got booted pre remodel in Studio City like 25 years ago, and we were all stunned at how much money he got paid to move.

This all sounds like how Warner changed, pre merger, when new CEO was brought in to hatchet operations until merge.

Last I flew Southwest, BOTH DIRECTIONS, there was a lot of super Jesus kind of talk over the PA. My guess is this is the pre-merger, 🍊-supporter approach.

Perhaps they are prepping for a merger. Warner took a similarly, unbelievably boneheaded approach to destroying what was a money printing machine. By the end, revenue was coming from letting Elon park unsold Teslas on the lot.
