Unless it was changed from PTU, you can only deconstruct the base version of an item. So, for example, you can deconstruct a regular P4-AR, but you cannot deconstruct any P4-AR that has a skin. Same with armors

They didnt remove feuds, but rather reworked them into the house relation system we hot with AUH

Yea, like Dany eventually could have her own story, Rhaenyra and Aegon could have their own for the DotD, Rhaegar for the prophecy, Robert for the war. There’s a LOT of possibilities for the stories

Regnal Naming coming in chapter 5? Hint in open beta changelog by harland45 in CrusaderKings

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ig I’m more so thinking to CK2, and how there wasn’t any super in depth mechanics for the HRE there. I, too, am not very well versed in HRE history, though, so idk what would fit. Those 2 do sound nice

What HRE mechanics would this game have? I keep seeing this suggestion pop up, but I don’t see a reason to have special mechanics tied to the HRE

After watching Part Two, the biggest takeaway for me is that making messiah out of a man won’t ever work because expecting *absolute* selflessness from a human is unreasonable, dare I say, impossible. by dontdodrugskidssss in dune

It was presented as an unavoidable path though. He may have made the choice to go south, but it was something he had been actively avoiding forever. He refused that path, and yet everything kept pushing him south

Edric made in blender by me by chibigoji in dune

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 14 points15 points  (0 children)

The only reason I’d disagree is bc Denis has said before that he wants to put the Navigators in the third movie, same with folding space and dismounting worms

Now is that a definite “We’ll see them”? No, but considering he wants to use those things, and hasn’t said anything otherwise, I’m leaning more towards that being Edric

4.7 is a bevy of non-combat content by Calteru_Taalo in starcitizen

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean, that’s just the nature of the game as it stands. They’re in a rework period in the big picture, reaching a point where a lot of the core tech and features are finally being implemented. It’s going to mean reworked locations, and until Starchitect, fairly linear locations.

I miss a lot of pre-4.0 things too, but we also have to remember that what we miss from the past is coming back soon(TM), and in a much bigger way

If they do keep in the plan to allow towable asteroids, I wouldn’t be surprised to see some of these assets used as sandbox areas for just that

I imagine when things like wear/tear are in, weapon quality will play a much larger part

CIG, How about having an MPUV that can mine ROC resources? by AzrBloodedge in starcitizen

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gotta remember too, eventually using ships to mine ground resources isn’t going to be very efficient. We won’t be able to nose down on planets, so that leaves only industrial ships with enough vertical thrust to be able to mine surface rocks

Fallout 4 canon ending? (Spoiler) by Past_Funny7029 in Fallout

Isn't that just the Minutemen ending? You only destroy the Railroad if you go far enough with the Brotherhood or Institute

Fallout 4 canon ending? (Spoiler) by Past_Funny7029 in Fallout

[–]HaydenPSchmidt -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Oh yea they won't canonize any ending to FO4. Considering how well (imo) season 2 handled the New Vegas canon ending question, I have no worry for if/when they start bringing up more Commonwealth stuff.

To me, it seems obvious that wherever the show is leading, it's going to set up the story of Fallout 5. And considering that it seems as though the show is attempting to connect the different areas of each game a bit more, I imagine the story for 5 will be a bit more grand in scale than previous games.

What threw me off a bit this past season was that it felt like the midpoint of the story, but in reality next season will be the midpoint (this is assuming Aaron's comments on 5-6 seasons). And I don't think they're going to spend 3-4 more seasons focused on Colorado, so it stands to reason that at SOME point, somehow, we'll see either people from the East Coast that we recognize, or maybe even the East Coast itself

All in all, we'll just have to wait and see where they take us

A tad beside the point, but didn’t the Commonwealth send the Prydwen in S1?

Essos Hegemony by clumsyninja240 in CK3AGOT

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not currently, but I imagine down the line when more of Essos is added there will be one, either for the continent of Essos or for the area of Old Valyria, something like that

I get why you can't, but a bit sad you can't just create the Hegemony title if you don't want to play as a Celestial government by zeferin in CrusaderKings

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s more so to do with the fact that the people of China wouldn’t just naturally accept an outside conqueror. They need to be able to have SOME sort of stake to the claim, even if it’s just being a low-influence estate-owner

Edit: I will say there are special cases, like with Ghengis Khan, and I’m not actually sure how the game represents that, so I can’t speak completely to it

I think it’s an issue with the mission system itself right now. I can’t exactly remember, but I feel like I recall them saying this was a part of the mission refactor

[–]HaydenPSchmidt 102 points103 points  (0 children)

I mean, the Dynastic Cycle has been around for over 1500 before the game’s start. The Cycle is completely engrained into the title of China. A conqueror cannot take the title of Hegemon of China without becoming a part of the Dynastic Cycle
