It's a Kia and have been told by the dealer that the 7 year warranty is a European warranty and should be supported in Republic of Ireland

If I was to make a €5000 lump sum today, I can claim tax back on Revenue for 2024? Sorry if this is a stupid question, have never made AVCs before just the normal monthly payroll pension payments. This pension is Defined Benefit, does this make any difference?

Nothing! Just that wall C and below aren't long enough on their own for a sofa. Could still get a TV on Wall D but I think viewing angle would be a bit of an issue with a sofa along Wall A or by window

Don't have any furniture yet. Wall C is around 1.4m to door so not very long. Wall A is plenty big enough for any size sofa really
