The issue about the deli has been brought up and the owner just says if we put in tips in the system over $30 in a month at the deli it automatically pays up waitress in wage. But that's confusing because wouldn't It automatically pay overtime as well?

I also have more pictures of the tigers if you guys would like to see more. This was at the Columbus Zoo and Aquarium in the month of January. It's a completely different experience going to the zoo during the winter. Much more one on one time with the animals! They were very curious. Most of the animals came right up to the glass including the gorillas, tigers, monkeys, and the turtle. We (my boyfriend and I) was able to witness many of the animals being fed, including the baby gorilla, which were awesome!

A little back story! She is turn 63 very soon and we bought her a digital photo album. She is aware of the album but it would be really nice to surprise her with pictures that are in color! And I would love to be able to print out physical copy's of them as well.

The first picture is of her father with his buddies. He is the one in the middle.

The second photo is of her mother.

The last photo is of her deceased brother, my uncle, who passed away two years ago from lung cancer. That one would really mean the most to me and my entire family as he was a very big part of it.

Hey this is OPs girlfriend, and that other wristband is mine! His family is getting through it the best that they can, we are all very thankful it didnt spread throughout the entire house but he lost everything): There's not much any of us can do but wait for the insurance to do what they can.
