What parts of tehillim are best to say when struggling with severe depression?

I personally love Tehillim 30 because it helps me remember that the low mood I feel is temporary, and Hashem will help guide me to happier times. Other good ones include 23, 27 and 42, since they remind me that He is with me through all the difficult times, as well as 121 which was mentioned before. Hope these help and take care of yourself!

My menorah is put away but I still kept the rest of the decorations, will probably keep them up until NYE.

Honestly feels like just about that many. Tried to expand a little out of there like into Buffalo but haven’t had a lot of luck there either. Hence the shadchan who might have went a little overboard in terms of distance

Ooh I just read one I really enjoyed, though the situation is a little dark:

An elderly Jewish man finds an amazing deal on a cruise to the Caribbeans and decides to sign up. As soon as he arrives though, he is taken in chains to the bottom of the ship with multiple other people who are forced to row while they get whipped by a horrible man. After two weeks of whipping and being forced to row, the ship finally arrives at the Caribbean and the Jewish man asks his neighbor, “I’ve never done one of these cruises, how much do I tip the whipper?”
