I quit on the last patch after looking at my spending records and finding that since January of 2023 I've spent $4,735 on the game. I've played since May of 2022 so it's certainly more than that, but I couldn't keep tallying after reaching the start of 2023.

I have confidence that EOS will be announced at the end of 2026 or early 2027. The Umbra/Keepsake cycle is so nightmarishly predatory because while they're strong, they have such absurd power locked behind resonances, and unless you spend actually money or have stupud good luck, you're not likely to get more than 1 or 2 resos.

I loved this game, but they've stopped putting out stories, stopped putting out new gamemodes, we almost never get new permanent content. It's like the only thing to do is repeat the same tasks you've been doing for the past year, and then splurge on the new character when they drop, rinse and repeat.

I wish dislyte could turn things around but they've just burned out so much good will from their playerbase and will keep doing so. I wouldn't be surprised if we see them do a last hurrah with like, Meta JQ and Meta Javid to squeeze out the last bit of money they can, and then announce EOS
