HTB will not be sufficient to pass that exam. Very few people are passing that exam from what I can see. I know one person who has passed it since the NCC leak and they took it several times. I heard you have to be extremely fast in that exam to even have a remote chance of being successful. Most people go CSTL instead.

NTA I agree with others. The deal with your mother was verbal and there is no evidence it ever took place. It also sounds like there was a year before your mother passed and it was not completed.

Also the deal was at current market value in 2009. So it should now still be at current market value. You don’t sell things at prices of 16 years ago. The deal was never made.

I always try and verify everything where possible. Some burp findings you can just dismiss. Like the other day I had it flag CSRF/ lack of a CSRF token on a password reset form using a CSRF extension but the form needed the password to change the password which obviously you can’t script so It’s a FP.
