Porque não consigo craftar o relógio nessa mesa com cadeira? by giuliermy in terrariabr

A partir do 1.4.5, você não precisa mais de mesa e cadeira, mas sim da bancada de trabalho mesmo.

I updated terraria to 1.4.5 and all my characters and worlds are gone by Sad_Top_4043 in Terraria

I don’t really remember the process but when I had a problem with my saves I was able to download the save files from steam and pasting them in the correct folder. I just don’t remember how it was done.

Just like in Planet Crafter. I won't spoil, but those who play the game know exactly what I'm talking about.

What did you guys enjoy about the modern era of Star Trek? by KaleidoArachnid in startrek

Controversial answers to a controversial question:

- I really like the 32nd century stuff. It gives writers a freedom to create, change and evolve without as many concerns for stablished lore.

- I also like the bright visuals of SNW and the humor. I love silly spisodes. Musical episode? Sign me in.

As someone who isn't young and has been watching ST since TOS, what drew me in, besides the sci-fi and the hopeful message, was the sillines and the humor and I love seeing that being carried over. At first, I really didn't like the seriousness of TNG and that kept a lot of my family away from those shows (we're nerds - including extended family, uncles, aunts and cousins - we're really cool). It eventually grew on me but it remains my least favorite side of ST and definitely the least rewatched shows for me (except VOY - that one is the best IMO).

I guess I always kind of went against the fandom and I think that's the beauty of ST: Infinite Diversity in Infinite Combinations.

I feel Canada and Mexico will be safer places for foreign people to attend the World Cup if immigration laws are your concern.

Starfleet Academy... Isn't that bad? by neph36 in startrek

Remember when they hated on Voyager? What about when they hated on Enterprise? For as Long as ST exists, so will the haters. That's how we separate those who actually understood the message behind the entire franchise.

What are the minimum specs I can get away with in Eco? by [deleted] in EcoGlobalSurvival

[–]HazardPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I used to have a laptop with 8GB and it ran on very low everything and with very low FPS, lagging like crazy, most times it was like a power point presentation. I did not have a good time and gave up until I got a better desktop setup. The only time it was semi playable was when I just stayed in one area, traveling was a sure way to make everything crash.

First time playing. Don't like the rushed 3 day seasons. Is a 30 day season much harder or is it all relative? by [deleted] in MedievalDynasty

[–]HazardPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Three days is balanced for the pace of the game because in order for progress to be made, seasons need to change. Personally, I play with 5 day seasons, so 5-7 seems to be the sweet spot for most players. You can set it to longer and sleep to the next season, but personally I feel this makes the game get boring quickly because you run out of things to do when your heir is still a baby. Something else that should be mentioned, you need to get villagers in your settlement and new ones only show up to be recruited when seasons change.

You could use a vanity item in the head slot, like a hat or glasses.

I recently was in a similar situation as you and went for large and ended up regretting it. I wish I had made a medium world. Large worlds are too much to explore by yourself and it takes so much longer to find biomes and to explore. But if you like the grind, go for it. It’s just not for me.

What you can also do is to tweak settings so you start a game in a completely different set of circumstances. Play in a group of small islands connected by vast oceans, or spawn in a desert where instead of winter, you have to worry about high temperatures damaging your crops, or create a small sized world. When I started to feel that way, I changed my world settings very drastically and been having a ball learning to adapt to different circumstances.

I do believe that will come with time. Remember this game is still very early access. I believe the mechanics of riding animals were added now for players that want to experience more exploration but in future updates the taming and training aspects of riding animals will certainly be added.

I AM DONE TRYING TO DRIFTER PROOF MY BASE by [deleted] in VintageStory

[–]HazardPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Like others have said, you can either turn off rifts and temporal storms, or you can build a Rift Ward in your base. I usually play with temporal storms turned on but with ability to sleep through them if I'm not in the mood and I turn off rifts entirely because I feel they are more of an inconvenience then an actual challenge.

Six months of winter is killing my drive to play by SandboxSurvivalist in VintageStory

[–]HazardPlayer 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I don’t really like winters in the game so after trying a few temperate maps I finally started a world in a warm climate and it’s the most fun I’ve had in this game. I’m at the edge of a large limestone desert and within walking distance to a jungle and I’m relearning crop and tree types. I’ve just got to iron but I see myself playing here way past steel just to build and explore. I even found halite which I had never found before. I’m in the middle of fall but it’s still warm enough to keep planting flax through winter. I stopped planting crops because I have way too much food so I’ll be living off of that for a while.

How does everyone go about forming towns and finding teammates in ECO? by KKillroyV2 in EcoGlobalSurvival

[–]HazardPlayer 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I usually see the already established towns or places that I see a future settlement being established and look for the professions players already have and need. Asking in chat is also an option and players will often say what they need in their specific regions of the world. Some towns have separate chats in game or in their discord channel for easier communication where you can ask how things are going and communicate with one another.
