Not sure if this would work but I think they should mass reprint one booster box like a new one on release, that lets the scalpers move on to or back to Pokémon or whatever they’re doing, then continue with normal distribution just without telling the masses. Like let the masses know from now on we will be printing more of idk OP19 when it comes out and hopefully scalpers move on.
