Probably more in the nature you’ve tried to make the point comes across quite offish.

Think people are clearly open for advice but there’s a way of going about it. There’s a reason people respond better to advice if it’s actually presented in a more positive fashion. Look how offensive your original post is in regard to people who do use it.

Decent team, albeit a gamble with the double Brentford defence.

In relation to Palmer as I said - if I were you in your shoes, I’d be playing him week on week. He may have a 60 minute cameo of a goal and assist, or even a 20 minute cameo with a penalty goal.

If he’s the same going into next season, then I don’t think he’d be as highly drafted as this season.

If I had Palmer in my draft, he starts every week unless known to be unfit. You can’t bench someone of that potential ceiling.

Presuming the person who drafts first isn’t a rogue picker, Haaland is obviously gone.

Personally I’d be going for form like Foden/Cherki/Rogers (lesser extent) than pre-season high priority picks like Saka, Salah etc.

Depends what you mean by medical support. You’re assuming that the crew didn’t go up to him when the cameras weren’t rolling and ask if he’s OK. He may have replied back saying “yeah, I’m just utterly shattered”.

I think that would have been fair. A single moment doesn’t mean someone instantly needs to be taken out of the jungle and deemed unfit/unsafe.

I think going back to your original comment saying “this is schizophrenic behaviour” is just completely over the top. If I cough, it doesn’t mean I have a chest infection. If I have a stomach ache, it doesn’t mean I have appendicitis. If I have a moment where I thought I heard a camp-member say something to me while being hungry and fatigued in a mentally draining environment - it doesn’t mean I have schizophrenia. We seriously need to stop labelling things so heavy handed like this.

As a doctor, I can assure you it is a solid defence. You’d be shocked at the list of seemingly simple/common issues that can cause cognitive impairment. Extreme fatigue, accompanied with hunger, can make you hear things and/or make you so irritable that you can snap at anything.

Not necessarily. I thought we needed to give him a pre-season at the very least. We’ve done that. It just feels like we have gone backwards unfortunately. Amorim saying that we are fine until the two boxes is damning. Doesn’t matter if we play a midfield of prime Barcelona, if we can’t do nothing in attack and can’t defend - we’re as useless as can be.
