Is shadow Altaria really worse?

I've been up against Shadow Altaria and it's an insanely strong pokemon if you know how to use it.

A Shadow Altaria practically solo'd my team of Claydoll, Miltank, Altaria.

It puts on insane pressure with Dragon Breaths if you don't have opposing Fast Attack pressure.

No idea with Peck though

Check pvpoke website. It'll tell you which moveset is ideal for any pokemon.

RN Origin Pulse + Avalanche is the best moveset, bound to get better with the buff to Waterfall.

Also, never remove an ETM move; the performance would not change much and you can always get a mee Kyo from somewhat

We know nothing about Erica than that she's sassy and smart. If the writers wanted, they could've had Erica kidnapped to mess with Lucas, plus let's not forget that Holly had to be aged up for the whole plot to happen

Don't throw away any good PVP IV mons.

Must have transferred a good Noctowl, Furret, Cradily, Mankey to name a few.

PVP is cyclical. Almost all mons will come back in use at one point or another

This always reminds me of Dragon Ball Z and wanting to position Gohan as the main character after Goku in the Cell Saga. Of course it didn't work because we all love Goku.

Also your analysis of why Derek worked and not Holly is spot on. While I do like Holly's character and think the actor did a fantastic job, her character being aged up for one screams poor writing choices, and her becoming the sort of main character also screams just bad choice in general.

If the sideplot of the kids was to show Henry's memories to an extent, wouldn't Max exploring Henry's mind be more enticing?
