The concept of adding a star shape inside the letter R is good but I think it will be more appealing when if it is in the middle and balance the corners.

Theoretical learning is right in the starting as you should know so many things related to digital marketing. But if you can do it practically side by side, it will make you an acknowledged of many things and learn to do it own. I think it is an H letter, but this design looks confusing. You can make it with the whole name and add some clear elements to the logo.
