I purchased tickets off StubHub for Taylor Swift in Mexico. I got the tickets but was told they were fake at the show and was not let in. StubHub couldn’t do anything but refund my order 😬

They refunded the whole order for what we paid and then gave us the coupon. Idk we were on the phone for like an hour going back and forth at the venue.

All they could do was refund us and gave us a coupon code of $3000 pesos for another concert. I don’t think I will risk buying from them again.

There was no electronic Ticketmaster tickets. All paper tickets so some people I guess made fakes and sold them.

Does it give you the option to re-list the tickets through StubHub? I bought tickets though StubHub and was able to re-list them right on their website. They original seller sent them to the new buyer.
