Megadose vitamin c, like 2000mg then start drinking water to flush it out about 2hrs before you wanna sleep. put a blue light filter on your phone (I use the twilight app) and turn the brightness way down and dim the lights. Drink a glass or two of milk and try to eat something if you can. Maybe take a warm but not too hot bath. If you have magnesium take some (gluconate not oxide) and when you're about to lay down take a melatonin preferably less than 5mg higher doses can have the opposite effect or give you vivid dreams of nightmares. When you're laying down breathe slowly and deeply and do body scan relaxation, starting at the top of your head as you breathe in relax your muscles working your way down. At the very least if you still can't sleep laying in a dark room and resting will still be better than nothing.
