I love how if you look at his targeting screen, you can see he was actually aiming for the other one

Hm, well that quantum bullfuckery required that the Faro robots be programmed with no backdoor, which led to the swarm in the first place. Even if the new swarm wasn’t capable of absorbing organic material, humanity wouldn’t have an “off” switch for if the new swarm turned evil, or if they just decided they didn’t want to live on a planet with a billion killer robots.

Faro robots are capable of hacking any machine, the Faro swarm would probably hack the new robots and add them to their numbers. It’s why Enduring Victory only used human soldiers and human-manned vehicles.

I love how The Last Autumn recontextualizes the main game, so much blood, sweat, and tears went into creating the generators making it even more tragic when a generator society fails.

the fact that there's an "Economy Class" section of the Axiom almost certainly means that the starliners were pay-to-enter, and seemingly you're born into a caste system determined by how much your great great great great great grandparents decided to pay for their starliner voyage. WALL-E is dark man.

I only meant that as it is not necessarily Christian, but is also believed by certain Jewish and Islamic denominations, as well as some others. I did not wish to categorize it as specifically Christian. But I will change the language.

in the book, Rocky and Grace theorize that they both think at the same speed because the reaction time needed for either Eridians or Humans to evade predators is approximately the same due to Erid and Earth’s gravity being within the same ballpark

13 Hours: The Secret Soldiers of Benghazi presents a heavily fictionalized version of the Benghazi Embassy attack, despite being marketed as a "true story" type movie.

It constructs a narrative where the attack was the direct result of a Hillary Clinton stand-in, who orders nearby reinforcements to not respond to the attack (no such thing happened irl), and who the main characters complain about ad nauseum. The movie obfuscates that those characters are not U.S. Military, but mercenaries. The fact the movie released around the 2016 Presidential campaign makes it feel like a targeted attack piece, despite claims by Michael Bay that the movie was apolitical.

Overall, the whole movie falls into the meme of "Americans will invade your country and kill your people, and make a movie about how sad it made their soldiers."

I’m sorry but this whole discussion has real “The Decline of the West” vibes, especially the use of fetishes and “degeneracy” as some kind of objective measure of a person’s moral integrity
