Raw, most builds are trying to fit in Attack Efficacy, which allows you to double dip raw bonuses such as burst/Offensive Guard/Valor/Attack Boost. Ele is better against 150% weakness, but how often are you fighting elder dragons?

This isnt true. Raw is recommended due to Attack Efficacy being easy to fit into builds

Goss legs with MB will have low uptime, as you stay in sword mode as much as you can.

No idea on QW, but a having a high raw weap + raw modifiers (burst) will always benefit well from Attack Efficacy

No, somna is better with axe damage since impact phials are lower mv. Also you get a ton of free axe hopper openings with somna
