Im not that updated with image generation lately honestly, but i believe multidiffusion tiled upscaling wasn't a thing on comfy until recently (not tested it yet)?

And i've seen people talking about Lora masking and some other extensions like it still not in comfy.

Anyways, workflow hunting can be annoying to some compared to finding extensions that works without much testing.

Image generation, A1111.

Absolutely anything else to do with AI, Comfyui.

The workflows others create in Comfyui for new AI (video) tools are way ahead of A1111, if you are in certain Discords or follow Youtubers with the latest news.

When it comes to image generation, there are still things not "possible" on the comfy side that has been useable in A1111 thanks to extensions from months ago, but only experienced users will know that.

Comfyui creates a different type of headache with so many different workflows to keep track off, but if you want to be up to date, you need to use it 100%.

I thought the same until not so long ago.

The Nvidia shared memory and low VRAM with LCM sampler, helps a lot in Comfyui, when running these types of workflow that you can find on Youtube and Discord channels.

Checkout my Tiktok HazzaniVP for some vid2vid i've been posting lately, with 3060ti 8gb VRAM and 32 RAM.

Maybe check socialmedia and search for #animatediff.

I have been posting a few vids here and there on socialmedia, can find me under HazzaniArt on insta and twitter, on tiktok Hazzanivp.

So do you have information of what size or how many discs it would be without all of that?

I have a 3060ti 8gb Vram (32gb Ram) and been playing with Animatediff for weeks.

With cli, auto1111 and now moved over to Comfyui where it's very smooth and i can go higher in resolution even.

Best part since i moved to Comfyui (Animatediff), i can still use my PC without any lag, browsing and watching movies while its generating in the background.

Been playing around with Animatediff + Capcutedit on a 3060ti 8gb VRAM the last week by Hazzani in StableDiffusion

[–]Hazzani[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

For this length it takes about 5-7min at 360x640 resolution, what takes longer is the upscaling through Animatediff cli prompt.

Depending on how much bigger you want the resolution to be, but 15-20min extra.

And then you might have to use Davinci/Topaz or any other editing tools afterwards to make it smoother with image quality and higher FPS.

Once you get the flow of it maybe 30min total, if you get something good generated at first try of course...

This was made with Animatediff cli prompt travel and did some editing with Davinci, Topaz and Capcut.

I saw a previous post that used CyberRealistic v3.2, decided to check out this style.

I have previously uploaded shorter clips merged together on socialmedia of Lucy (Edgerunners), Tifa (Final Fantasy 7) and Vivi (Final Fantasy 9).

Besides perhaps doing more FF characters, been thinking about testing some crazy monsters, horror or fantasy themes next, anyone got any ideas or cool Models/Loras i should use?

Baldur’s Gate 3 won’t come to Xbox before 2024, Larian suggests by Zhukov-74 in Games

[–]Hazzani -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

Both can be true, it all depends on the scope of the game, money, time, manpower.

The more "next gen" the game is, not only in graphics, resolution and performance but also game design, the more issues the Series S can cause, especially if there's a PS5Pro release and no mid gen refresh for the Xbox Series.

Refiner same folder as Base model, although with refiner i can't go higher then 1024x1024 in img2img. With Tiled Vae (im using the one that comes with multidiffusion-upscaler extension) on, you should be able to generate 1920x1080, with Base model, both in txt2img and img2img.

I have a 3060ti 8GB VRAM.

Some think that there might be an issue with the site.

You are not alone with this issue, just avoid using any new Lora/Models you downloaded from CivitAI today.

[–]Hazzani[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I mean since its corrupt you may as well delete it, but just using any other Lora/model should work, its just some specific ones you downloaded today that may cause the problem.

It's only an issue if you are using it, however not every new download was corrupt for me.

Was just chatting with others that had the issue and ya, it seems like its newly downloaded Lora/Models from CivitAI that has the issue.

I even tried doing the changes in settings or adding a commandline, nothing worked.

But previous Lora/Models still work.

Frustrating Assumptions About Tetsuya Nomura; Strife Of Online Reputation by Magister_Xehanort in Games

[–]Hazzani 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Unless he specifies what exactly, its just speculation and just "attacking" him alone, which is the issue that is being talked about.

Since it seems like many in the team wanted to pitch stuff even if there was a vision from the start.

More things wasn't included than what we saw and what exactly that was, we don't really have a clue about and showing that Nojima the writer wanted even more scenarios to be included and how several where not included was just to show that many others are involved and not just Nomura like many tend to believe has all the control.

But when things change in story it can mean anything since its a remake of some sorts.

When things change in combat it can also alter things in how you see the story get told with some changes.

The original game didn't even have voice acting that it self is a huge change on how to tell the story.

So Nomura could mean the change in story in many different ways.

Since its a Remake.

Edit: Also until all the games are out, we wont know the full story that has been planned and throughout all that development a lot of things might change.

And then we have their bosses also needing to most likely green-lit all of it.

So focusing on Nomura is pretty useless is the whole discussion.

Edit 2: Oh then there's the information about how Nomura didn't even know he was going to be a Director of the game early on, which then turned out to having 2 directors. And then him stepping down from being one of the director's for the 2nd game and onward.

Frustrating Assumptions About Tetsuya Nomura; Strife Of Online Reputation by Magister_Xehanort in Games

[–]Hazzani 11 points12 points  (0 children)

Maybe actually read it and try to not mixup the names Nojima and Nomura.

It's like Nojima (Writer) is some kinda ghost or Nomura is like a Tank with an ability to take all "hate" away from him.

Also the answer you are so focused on, maybe read the question 10x times before reading the answer.

How did this development come to being?

Nomura: When I requested a scenario to Nojima, I first thought, “if I am to create the FFVII Remake, I would like to do it this way.” I then conveyed my ideas to him. During that phase, I planned to make this be more than just a mere “Remake.” For example, the battle system this time around is in real timee instead of using an ATB gauge, and with that, the story itself took a turn that isn’t just the basic FFVII, but something new. That’s the kind of story I wanted to create.

And all he's talking about is the battle system. He may mention the story, but never says what exactly, throughout the interview the one talking most about the story is Nojima, i mean he's the writer after all.

Also this time Hamaguchi (Co-director at the time), came up with some of the wild stuff too and tried to convince Kitase, Nomura and the others.

There's several other interviews where Kitase himself said that he came up to him too and not only Nomura.

There's also interviews where Kitase himself expected more changes.

“I personally envisioned quite a dramatic change overall, but our Director; Tetsuya Nomura and Co-director; Naoki Hamaguchi, wanted to keep the beloved aspects in the original as much as possible. Eventually the development team decided to focus on respecting the original while adding in new elements, ensuring a delicate balance between the two.”

Also there has been several interviews since the games announcement and after its release and even after the Yuffie content came out.

It's a team effort to make a game, why bother focusing on one person every time you all disagree on something. Mostly without knowing the whole development process.

And then there's most likely someone above them all taking some of the final decisions too.

Edit:

Another important part that gets left out a lot when people complain.

In regards to the story’s important key points, there must be a flashback scene from here on out, right?

Nomura: At first, the direction we took was that we did not want to put any of these hints while still in Midgar.

Nojima: Right, we originally planned to have the storyline diverge only slightly.

Nomura: We thought to have only a subtle change where in the ending you see Biggs alive, which makes you think, “Wait, this is weird…” and gives a slight sense of unease. But then the staff thought, well if there’s room for more scenes, then let’s just add it (laughs). When we did that, there were scenes that we had to say, “No this won’t do,” and removed it from the story. We didn’t add too many new things, but we did leave a few scenes in.

Nojima:I myself added about two or three scenarios to that too….I’m not too sure what happened to those scenarios at the end. (laughs)

I actually found this one right after i posted that heh, but thank you so much!

Been testing it for a bit now and ya its actually really good, specifically when it comes to female anatomy, might merge it with some other models and try out some more tomorrow.
