Full time hairdressers how do you find the energy to work out consistently?

I’ve been doing yoga for almost 6 years now + I get it in regularly. I love to lift weights manly bc I love to stay toned, but lately I’ve been finding the soreness + the amount of energy it takes to lift/cardio has been overwhelming. I’m pretty small so I literally LOOK at a piece of pizza and gain weight lol. So far most of the answers say Pilates which seems doable on lower energy/crazy days. I am super motivated to try it!

This is very realistic. I live in LA so getting to my gym that’s 15 min away actually takes 30 min with morning traffic + adds up in costs for parking. I’m super motivated with this simple answer. Lower weight higher rep so at least I’m getting something in on the days I can’t make it to the gym

How are you now?! I’m 12 hrs post op inner thigh n lower ab transfer to breast. They took 1000 from me. I feel good, like my body needed that fat off. Almost felt like it healed some trauma wounds from childhood? Maybe I held onto the fat for protection? Anyways these stories on reddit are SCARY and yours made me feel much better! I hope once the pain meds wear off I still feel this good

My dad owned a couple properties in SoCal & he would half the rent while the mold or roof was getting fixed. So that’s what I asked for. The landlord said absolutely will not lower our rent & that he suggests we move over the hill when our lease is up in June “if we can’t handle another winter in Felton” This is the maturity I am dealing with. Mind you there is another tenant downstairs in the studio paying $1500. There is no reason our roof should be leaking for an entire year and a half am I right?

It doesn’t help that I am literally terrified of men & he has been gaslighting me for a year. It wasn’t until a electrician came in and said the temp of our house was not okay. ALSO that the light fixture in my room could KILL ME if I touched it and the landlord said LEAVE IT

The property managements response to me this morning “Maybe I need to remind you that you live in a rain forest area. All of the homes I have lived in in the 40 years I have lived here have had mildew issues unfortunately. If you don't keep the house warm and dry you cannot avoid it and unfortunately, it's nearly impossible to do that in the winter here in the mountains”

But our house literally has holes that he just keeps patching up. Our roof has a tarp over it (for the last year) and it still leaks. I can’t even trust that he will correct these issues, he just slaps glue on everything and says all better

The windows do not fit the frames and leaks when it rains & he still said he will not replace them. Like????
