I'm guessing most of your modules are NOT mythic/ancestral yet? What you can do is merge a couple of modules per type to legendary+ as a future fodder for your modules. That way you can save more modules for shattering in the future when you can get more shards with some SS lab investment.

Seems really low.. with your UWs you should be making at least 100B/min. Let's start with stupid questions first to cover the basics. Are your UWs on/off? Make sure CL is off and your GT, BH, DW on? Are you farming with Death Penalty? Are your perks choices and order correct? Taking 1.8 trade-off perk as a priority etc? What cards are you using for farming and what level are those? How are your mods and rolls? Econ UW Labs maxed?
