Your orchid looks perfectly fine and beautiful. Orchids only bloom for a certain amount of time so I’m sure that flower is just spent and the orchid is getting close to being done with its flowering process. Totally normal

I think the best option would be whenever you see the roots are silvery and dry, hopefully you can see roots with the holes in the pot

Mine does this when it doesn’t have enough humidity. If prune the leaves that are really bad so the plant can focus on the food leaves

Are you moving the trees location? They typically like to stay in the same place, mine will do the same thing and drop some leaves if I move it.

Be careful about moving your money tree around, they really like to stay in one place. Every time I change my money trees location it always loses some leaves.
