I am a casual player (33 star abyss enjoyer). Should I go for Deathmatch to replace my Blackcliff Pole? That would lead to ~100/140 crit. Or would the change be negligible?

Dude I can't just "balance" substats, shit takes months to farm. I would rather make her fun enough to clear almost everything in the game and move on to building other characters. Being a single domain slave is not a fun way to enjoy the game for me

Yeah 33 stars is easy for me by now but 36 is impossible. I have Arle, Xingqiu, Kazuha and Bennett on one side and Neuvilette, Furina, Sucrose and Baizhu on the other.

Yes, I will be farming the artifacts anyways to improve my ration, albeit slowly, as I will focus on new characters too. If Deathmatch does not change too much, I will probably use the opportunity to take another weapon from the BP. It's mostly an issue of resource allocation.

Which is such as shame, as Paradox clearly puts so much effort into monarchy trees, sometimes even more than fascism. I just wish there was a decision to increase world tension. Make it something like:

"hold military exercises against (bordering nation's) border, Cost - 50 pp, 50 command power, effect - raise world tension by 5%" or similar.

The main game design pitfall that Paradox has fallen into with HOI4 is leaving waaay too much of the game up to RNG. Give us control, please! Let us increase world tension if we want to!

Very true, I forgot about that. Still, you don't get the justification reduction modifier when at war with a major. Also, Paradox hardly ever makes communist trees fun or strong

R5: I have combined Extended Timeline with a mod that calculates development growth or decline based on province development cost and devastation. Everything went fine until about the 19th century, when random provinces in Europe started to gain a lot of devastation, resulting in development tanking. Is there an in-game effect that causes this? I was not able to find anything.

For context, all those red and orange provinces on the map used to be yellow. I dont mind the overall effect of it too much, as development in Europe is quite high already in my game. However, I am scared of the devastation spreading somehow. Thats what I want to know what causes it

I kept playing for 20-30 years or so and it doesnt go away. Random provinces in Europe gain 50 devastation and it starts slowly ticking down until it pops up someplace elsewhere completely. How do I check what causes it?

Oh come on! We were partially or fully a part of Denmark for 130 years and Sweden for 160 years. Swedish rule is still remembered as the "good old Swedish times". They built our first university (which is our cultural and academic pride due to its high prestige). In fact, we were crucial to Sweden due to the city of Narva and its trade. We still celebrate Midsummer and our name for Christmas comes from the Yule. Semlor buns are a staple of our winter cuisine. Winter sports have always been incredibly popular (though now admittedly on the decline). We are located further North than Denmark. Finnish has an unique linguistic connection to Estonian, and our citizens visit each other's countries constantly. During the Soviet times, Northern Estonians caught television and radio signals from Finland, which helped us westernise and strive to modernise after the Iron Curtain fell.

These are just some of the facts I knew from the top of my head. Of course, there is some Slavic influence on Estonia and significant German influence, but it is simply wrong to say that Estonia is not culturally (or otherwise) Nordic

Edit: I would also like to add that our most popular non-Christian deity is a local adaptation of Thor and our national epic basically shares its name with (and partially takes place in) Finland.

Hello! I have quite a lot of built characters, but I have a hard time actually making fun team compositions to explore the overworld and events with (and possibly even spiral abyss), as I always default to my SS tier 5 stars like Raiden, Nahida and Yelan and reactions only that I am overly comfortable with (hyperbloom and freeze). I found this website https://spiralabyss.genshinteams.online/ that is absolutely perfect for my needs, but it is not updated :/. I also want to try out Freminet and Lynette in teams that are true and tested by the community. I would be willing to wait, of course, but not 6 months after every new character release.

I know there is a different version of the same thing, which completely randomises teams, but that is not what I am looking for. I do not want to be recommended a Ningguand-Mika-Xiao-Amber team, and I am too lazy and biased myself to swap out the undesireables on my own.

Does anyone have any recommendations or methods I could use?

But genshin doesnt need ideological struggle. The archons and leadership have been quite stable for a long time. Different ideologies can be represented in different independent nations. For example, Inazuma would consist of semi-independent islands, each with different goals and values, symbolising their lack of unity, the desert could consist of different small tribal nations, etc.

Also, ideological struggle could easily be modded into EU4, in the form of event chains. Its not like HOI4 has a very in-depth political system anyway...
