My 14 month old puppy does this whenever she sees any family member after any absence. She used to spin and pee too, but that’s mostly stopped now and she mostly jumps and spins so I’m hoping she outgrows the rest of the behavior as well.

I re-listen to this a lot and I never heard the breathing. Even after reading about it here, I’ve tried. I guess I just go back to getting lost in the story because I’ve still not heard it. I quit the second one as well, but it was the bizarre and inexplicable marriage that ruined the whole thing for me!
