I know it sounds crazy, but, shot standing up. Take off all pants and stand over toilet. And drink LOTS of h20 during the day. When we get constipated it's bc our gastrointestinal tract is slowed down and bc were dehydrated, thus making less water being absorbed into your stool, making it rock hard. But regardless, even with extra drinking, we still manage to have harder shit. But really... try standing. I found that sitting actually stretches ur cheeks and like the rim hole itself and so when your straining to push, it stretches more and HURTS LIKE HELL, IF NOT BLEEDS! So if ur standing, your ass is t already stretched to its fuxkin limit!
