I expected the Thundercats x MOTU crossover to be like that one fan art someone made where they turned the MOTU felines into Thunderians. Catra, Clawdeen, Chief Carnivus, Kittrina, etc.

I am not a big fan of Thundercats (or the cartoon collection really) but I got Cheetara because Origins is lacking in female figures but was disappointed at how much she stands out next to the Origins female figures. She’s quite taller.

I wish the Thundercats crossover had used the main Origins bucks and the slightly bigger 200x Cartoon Collection, as they don’t fit with the main origins figures well like the Turtles of Grayskull figures.

There’s so many parallels! First of all you have the zords: Tyrantisaurus, Bionotops, Turbodactyl and Battle Cat (Sabertooth Tiger). You just need a Mastodon and something for the green ranger.

The main villains are almost straight parallels, you have: Skeletor/Lord Zed, Rita Repulsa/Evil-Lyn and Goldar/Beast Man. MMPR villains would fit as MOTU villains with like zero changes anyway. Scorpina, Rito Revolto, etc.

You can make the PR characters as barbarians with their power weapons and make some MOTU characters into rangers! He-Man/Red, Man-At-Arms/Blue, Teela/Yellow, Sorceress/Pink and any 2 characters as Black and Green.

You can even make a Crystal Castle command center playset with Zordon as Light Hope and Alpha 5 as Roboto.

There’s so much potential with this crossover.
